1 F4L Diva Bar(Vanilla), 1 serving fruit, 8-10 oz Non Dairy Milk  

11:00 AM-1:00 pm
4-5 oz of protein, starch, veggies, fat

Dinner 5-7:00 pm
1 Shake w/ veggies and light fat (1/2 tbsp)


Day 2

11:00 AM-1:00 pm
